We understand plans change. The following policy applies to vehicle rental and tour bookings.
Cancellation by customer
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before pickup: full refund of advance (if any).
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% of advance refunded.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show: advance is non-refundable.
Hotels & third-party bookings
For hotels, desert camps or other services booked on your behalf, the cancellation policy of that provider applies.
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel due to vehicle breakdown or unavoidable reasons, we will arrange an alternative vehicle or give a full refund.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
