This policy explains how bookings and payments work with Sadguru Tour and Travels.
Quotation
Every booking starts with a quotation that lists the vehicle, itinerary, trip duration, included services and any additional charges such as driver allowance, toll, parking and state taxes. Please review it carefully before confirming.
Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance and share a confirmation with the vehicle and pickup details. Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation.
Payment
- The advance amount is mentioned in your quotation.
- The balance is payable as agreed — usually before or during the trip.
- Ask for a receipt for every payment you make.
Extra charges
Extra kilometres, extra days, night charges or route changes requested during the trip are charged as per the rates in your quotation.
Changes
Changes to dates, route or vehicle are subject to availability and may change the fare.
